New customers can request a full refund within 72 hours of their first order for any game server or VPS. Open a billing ticket from the control panel and we'll process it. You don't need to give a reason.
02What isn't refundable
The following are not refunded:
- renewals, and orders placed after your first service;
- domain registrations, software licences and other third-party add-ons;
- services suspended for breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy; and
- time remaining on a service you cancel mid-period. It keeps running until the period ends.
03Upgrades and downgrades
When you upgrade, you pay only the difference for the rest of the billing period. When you downgrade, the unused difference goes to your account as credit, which you can use on future invoices.
04How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Payments made with account credit are refunded as credit.
05Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can usually sort things out faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is resolved.
